A prominent blogger SHOULD:
1. Have understanding and interest in area/field of the topic he/she is blogging
2. Abide by the rules mentioned by my "Blog Policy" post
3. Understand what his/her readers love to know
4. Share opinions with his/her readers
5. Regularly update his/her blog
6. Add pictures to his/her blog
7. Respond to constructive questions by readers
